Dan did a thorough inspection on a home I was contemplating purchasing. Found water damage in the crawlspace and hidden/camouflaged roof damage and potential chimney insert issues. When I was looking for a home inspector, I intentionally use Dan from Piece of Paradise because of a one star review.
