Tim inspected the home we're buying (which was built in 1900).

Tim inspected the home we’re buying (which was built in 1900). He was knowledgeable and very helpful. He was extremely real with us about issues and how they could be potentially addressed – he made us feel comfortable with buying such an old house. He’s super personable and hilarious. He made the whole experience pretty cool for us. He was great about letting us know we could call if anything came up or we had any questions. His report was thorough and detailed, with lots of pictures. We plan to die in this house, so we’ll probably never get to use him again, but we will definitely recommend him to everyone. I also really liked the website with the ability to choose services and pay online.

When I contacted him about the issue, he offered to come “look” at it
5.0

Let me begin by saying Tim was originally a nice guy before any concerns came up with his faulty inspection that cost us 1,000 dollars up front, in addition to the multiple thousands as a result of negligence during the home inspection that should have been taken care of by the sellers before closing. When I contacted him about the issue, he offered to come “look” at it (which is dumb, because he should have “looked” at it during the thousand dollar home inspection). A week and a half later, supposedly he found the time to come out (while I was not at the house I am guessing). I still had to contact him again to see if he actually came out because he never called or sent a message, and he told me to call him later that day, which I did. As I expected, Tim denied any negligence and said that the issue was not an issue at the time of the inspection. Also, he advised me to reach out to the roofers who installed the roof to have them take care of it as “he didn’t know what I wanted him to do about it.” Below are details and pictures of this horror story and an explanation of why I would never recommend this service:
