Welcome to Pillar To Post Home Inspectors. Bryan Ptacek is your local home inspector serving Johnson County, Jackson County, and surrounding areas. Bryan Ptacek has been a proud resident of Johnson County since 1986 but currently resides in downtown Kansas City taking advantage of all the recent revitalization has to offer. Bryan’s background in foundation repair as well as home remodeling has given him a solid base to provide a high quality, thorough and honest home inspection. Bryan understands that buying a home is the clients biggest purchase of their life, thus providing an inspection as if he was buying the house himself. Bryan is available for inspections seven days a week at times that are convenient for clients and realtors. Bryan’s office is open to give you a quote or book an inspection up until 10 pm Monday through Friday, 7 pm on Saturday, and 4 pm on Sunday.

Bryan was very professional yet explained things in a common way – making it easy to understand. Thank you and continue with the good works ???????? ! NEW POST . Things didn’t work out with closing at the last house and just had another inspection by Bryan again. And again Bryan was his same professional self – explaining the findings in a concerning manner. Very comforting in a fasted paced world. Thank you again Bryan !

If i could give zero stars I would! While Bryan was very thorough with the inspection it was very unsettling that I was asked to leave my home for said inspection. Not only that but he broke my bathroom vanity and ripped the fasteners from the wall, then wrote us up for said vanity not being fasten to the wall. Not to include the insulation mess he left all over my bedroom floor. The worst part was how he neglected to mention he broke the vanity. Now my buyer of the house is responsible for the damages that he caused. So if your going to use Bryan make sure you aren’t kicked out of your home and find yourself in the same situation were in.

Being a first time home buyer, the whole process is intimidating. Bryan arrived early, immediately introduced himself, explained his work process and immediately got to work. He made it very comfortable for us to ask questions during his inspection and did the extremely thorough inspection in a timely manner. At the completion of the inspection his explanation was easy to follow with pictures and walked through from start to finish. Answered all of our questions in a matter for us to understand and offered to go through anything else we had questions on. Great Experience. Highly recommend!
