The inspector, Colin, was very detailed and we were very pleased with his report and that he explained each item in the report with us so that we fully understood the what and the why of the items he was referring to in his report.

Colin was able to squeeze me in first thing in the morning after a very last minute morning phone call. He was very professional and showed a lot of attention to detail, and very patient while dealing with the sellers agent who has a difficult personality even for me. He explained all the photos with great detail to help us understand the problematic areas of the home. He was fast to deliver the home inspection and spent time talking over page by page the home inspection so we clearly understand.
