Rick Davenport is a fantastic guy. He is an honest and thorough inspector and super easy to work with, for home owners, sellers, and realtors. Everyone loves him, and his experience is hard to top. He’s spent enough years in the business to know what to look for and to help home owners or sellers make sure their home is in (or will be) in solid condition. And he really just makes the process easy breezy so you don’t have to stress about anything. I highly recommend working with him!
Rick provides incredibly thorough and efficient inspection services. He is friendly and provides great customer service. It is incredibly important to hire the right inspector to make sure that you know what issues you are potentially buying into.

Rick arrived on time. He suggested that I write down any immediate concerns I had and bring to his home inspection of the condo property I am buying. He was extremely professional and thorough in addressing and explaining his findings while onsite. I paid extra for the Premium package due to inclusion of infra-red camera which was extremely valuable in viewing potential water intrusions and even more valuable to me to reassure me about patches (taped areas) of ceilings that I Thought my be structural in nature The report quality was exceptional in that it included color pictures within each section for clarity. Really helped to compile list for requested repairs and more specifically remind me in priority listing of items I Will need to address or be observant (eg. Cleaning out dryer lintel trap) Photo of all the lintel piling up on top of the roof was dramatic. I think floor plan detail will help when ordering new flooring and 3D enhanced tour will be great comparison to my “remodeled” fixer upper.
And after he completed the inspection, we really liked the interactive virtual tour and floor plans he was able to generate for us. Plus the home inventory feature is really nice. A+ work!
