Pillar To Post Home Inspectors – Doug Milbrett

Doug Milbrett’s inspection report indicated “no visible damage” to the underside of the house we purchased. Later we found clear and evident damage that caused us thousands. This man is a fool or dishonest.

The buyer of our home had Pillar to Post inspect our home. I understand now why they did not want us home. They had no respect for me or my belongings. I didn’t want to even give them a one star but I couldn’t post unless I did.

I see Pillar to Post being a reputable company and Doug to be quite competent. After my inspection Doug and I sat down and went over the inspection in great detail, answering any questions I had. The binder that he provides has great information and easy record keeping to help you with keeping everything together and also with reselling by having a convenient place to organize your repair and payment records. During post negotiations on repairs we had a bit of a quarrel on the electrical and the best action in which to take. Doug helped to further explain his findings and what he saw fit to be done. I would recommend Doug highly for anyone’s home inspection.
