I would not recommend pillar to post to anyone. After moving into our home that they inspected we have found multiple issues all of which were not mentioned on the inspection report. The hot water heater does not work, 1 shower doesn’t work, the other shower leaks and our main pipe was clogged and backing up into the interior drains.
