I have purchased many other houses in multiple different locations and different housing markets, but without question, Matt provided the most professional, most comprehensive, and most technically proficient home inspection of any I have seen or had done. Clearly, Matt goes “above and beyond” in identifying and resolving any and all issues that a home buyer needs to know in making an informed decision on home purchasing. Overall, Matt is the best there is, and I highly recommend him for any and all home inspections.
Sterling is A++ with almost instant communication. Matt treated the house he was inspecting as if it were his own. He brought a hand held vacuum to clean up anything that may get disturbed in the process. He documented everything with photos, and clear concise language. And at the end of the inspection, he went over everything with my husband, and printed the report on the spot. It was presented in a binder with divider tabs, that also included a checklist for us should be continue with the purchase of the home and wish to start resolving the issues he found.
When I purchased my condo, Matt was recommended to me, and this time around as my wife and I are making a bigger purchase we know we can trust the job that he performs. He is thorough and professional, and provides us with a detailed explanation of his recommendations upon inspection. When I called and spoke with Sterling, she was amazing in being accommodating and understanding with our timeline, and was able to work with us despite a difficult situation that arose. Definitely will use them for any potential future inspections. If I could give them 10/5 stars, I would!
