The inspector was courteous, on time and polite. The inspector walked me through the process of inspection and answered my questions. I was told what needed to be fixed immediately and what could wait. He also provided me with a binder of color photos that detailed any issues he discovered.

Our home inspector was punctual, professional, and thorough. Troy went over and above to inspect the foundation of the first home. Although we didn’t end up buying that house, we requested Troy inspect the second home because we were so impressed with his work.

I needed a home inspection for a house we were purchasing in NJ and hired Scott and his team to perform the inspection. I had a feeling that some things weren’t as they seemed, and Pillar to Post confirmed that there were structural, roof and other issues with the home. Scott recommended that I call a structural engineer, and they confirmed that the house was indeed about to crumble. The sellers did not disclose this information, so Scott really saved my behind with this one! Scott also took the time to explain issues and non-issues as he did the home inspection.
