Troy was very responsive, did the job very quickly both the building and the termite inspections. Report was great and easy to read.
I started off a little skeptical as I already had a fantastic inspector lined up via a friend’s recommendation. My realtor lined us up with Troy due to a tight timeline, and I am not disappointed in the least. Troy was friendly, professional, and thorough. He printed out the report on the spot and went through it page by page, graciously answering every question I had regardless of how silly I may have sounded. I would easily recommend him to anyone looking into a real estate investment. Having identified the few safety issues to be addressed, I feel very secure moving my family to this home, thanks to Troy and his exceptional service
