Had a terrible inspection experience. For $700 ohio licensed home inspector Glenn Sanders did not even test the fire alarms as he inspected a home I was about to purchase. This inspector failed to notice multiple building code violations including gas leak in laundry room, non functioning dishwasher, leaking basement walls, poorly patched up leaking deks, bubbling paint as a result of water damage inside this home, no grounding on light switches, improper installation of furnace, deficient insulation of attic, light switch located on opposite side of door opening, enormous hole from garage to basement, no insulation of cooper piping and air-conditioner condensation duct etc. etc. etc. He also tested Radon with open basement windows and a hole leading from basement to garage. Shame on you inspector Glenn Sanders.
In my line of work, I do something similar with my customers. I felt comfortable and he answered all my questions before I even asked. I found him to very knowledgeable and professional. He is also very customer oriented. I recommended your services to my best friend who is also looking for a home.
