I understand being punctual to your appointments, but cutting people off on 224 is not a way to do it. And then attempting to cut off traffic merging onto the highway from the on ramp… if you play fast and loose while driving in the rain, I wonder if you play fast and loose with your business.
I really liked how they took their time, tagged different things in our basement (gas line, main water line, etc.) and the binder they left us with in the end. The report was generated that same day and sent to us right away.
