David is very thorough and professional. He answered all my questions and took time to explain things. I knew up front how much the inspections were going to cost and approximately how long it would take. He highlighted things that needed immediate attention and offered recommendations on those things that were cosmetic and/or not critical.

David was very professional and personal. He pointed out many things I had missed, and explained things in plain English. He was particularly well versed about radon and mildew. My wife and I felt much better about buying the home and felt we were in good hands. His price was very competitive too.

He had no issue with me tagging along the entire time or answering any of my question. He does a very thorough inspection and I had my report emailed to me 2 days later. Due to his recommendations I was able to get the homeowner to address some important electrical issues and they agreed to pay for a new oil tank saving me $2000 dollars. I emailed David and he responded within minutes. He was easy to talk to, gave me the information I needed quickly to make a decision, and had very reasonable prices. He called me after the inspection and went over every piece of the report. When he sent the report over, it had many pictures of every topic (electrical, roofing, etc). I have family members who worked in home construction and he even caught things they missed.
