Pinnacle Home Inspections is owned and operated by David Hooker, an Eastern Shore native with over 20 years of industry experience. David’s experience originated at a very early age while working for his family’s home restoration business. Starting as a summer helper at the age of 15 he worked his way through the ranks to managing the day to day operations. This experience led David to become skilled in remediating water, mold and fire damage; all of which are more common than most people realize. Such damage may often go unnoticed and untreated seeing as it can lurk just below the surface, leading a homeowner to believe all is well. These skills paired with his proficiency in using equipment specifically designed to find hidden water damage and his interest of construction fueled David’s desire to become a home inspector. He strives to help people by identifying any issues a home may have, in an effort to provide the peace of mind every homeowner deserves. David performed the home inspection for me on a property in Salisbury MD that was built in 1965. He was clearly experienced in older homes and very thorough with a detailed inspection, that provided a report with description of the findings coupled with pictures. He tested and checked Everything! Highly recommend him for your home inspection. Nice guy!

I contacted Dave for a home inspection before listing my home on the market. He was booked the week I called, but got me in early the following week. Once I received the report, I was more than please at his thoroughness. I feel 100% confident that there will not be a single surprise when we list our home. The report contained pictures of each area of concern, as well as pictures of every item mentioned. First class operation. Highly recommend.
