Precise Home Inspection

I have been selling real estate for 16+ years and Tom’s inspection was the most thorough I have ever seen. His on site report was also the most comprehensive and helpful I’ve ever been given. A home inspector’s job is to show the buyers what they are buying and educate them, not to scare them out of a dream home. Tom expedited our appointment as we were leaving town. Extremely knowledgeable, spoke in layman terms so that we could understand everything. Very professional and thorough. We have bought and sold many homes and this was by far the best inspection company we have ever used. Without hesitation would use them again and give our highest recommendation.

These guys are great. Lance was very professional and also very personable. He was very helpful and patient answering questions about the structure that were not immediately relevant to the inspection. At the end he sat down with us and reviewed the results of the inspection and made sure we did not have any questions. By the way, their inspection reports are really cool.

I chose John to inspect the home I plan to buy based off the reviews and they were spot on. He arrived early to get started on the outside. He was very thorough and explained everything while we were walking throughout. He also pointed out ideas for improvements and continued maintenance. When I mentioned I wanted to have a walk in closet he offered a great idea that didn’t even cross my mind. When we were done he gave a summary of the major things he saw so we were aware while we waited for the report which was complete by the next day. I had some follow up questions after going through the report and he replied very quickly. His prices are very reasonable and definitely worth it with the inspection we received. This house has a lot going on and I was nervous not being knowledgeable about everything but feel confident in my next moves after the inspection John performed. I will recommend him to everyone I know buying a house and will most certainly use his services again if needed.
