It was easy to get an appointment quickly to have our inspection done.Our inspector was early for the inspection. He was detail oriented. We were given many tips and suggestions along the way. We were confident at the end of the inspection to know all the details and workings of the home. A bonus feature which not other inspectors do is, they give approximate costs for correcting or fixing any issues they find. The report came promptly and was detailed and specific. We were very happy with this company. I would definitely use them in the future and suggest them to others. Well worth using.
Eric was fantastic. We needed our home inspection done ASAP and he not only accommodated but sent our report less than 24 hours later. He was knowledgeable and shared information with us throughout the inspection. I would highly recommend Precision to home buyers!
He picked up the phone, and came on time. But, there were lots of issues with the inspection. Later, when I asked follow up questions, he took quite a bit of time to respond. I have hired three home inspectors in Long Island area to perform Inspections at various houses. In my opinion, Precision Home Inspection of America is the third best among the three!
They go above and beyond what is expected of them. I first reached out to Eric who explained their background and experience over the phone, I was very happy and moved forward with a home inspection with them. His father Hank met me at the property two days later – they were very flexible and could have done it earlier, the timing was my decision. (Hank arrived earlier than us.) I really appreciated his professionalism, thoroughness and honesty. It goes a long way to feel like someone has your interest as a homebuyer in mind and nothing else. Doing such an important job for others, he really put me at ease. He got the report to us the same day!! It was so detailed and missed nothing out. We then used them again for a second property inspection, (Hank was early again!) It was pouring with rain and he spent equal and thoughtful time inspecting the large property and grounds. Standing with us and explaining important details and once again I appreciated his candor. Again he had the report to us that same day. And I must note that I contacted Eric on a Sunday and we had this inspection booked for Monday the next day. Simply amazing. I am so grateful for this team and look forward to working with them again.
I had Eric as my inspector he was great. I was a few minutes late because I had to leave work to go to the inspection. That wasn’t a problem for Eric he was there and waited for me and walked me through what he did and explained to me about everything that was going on. He is very knowledgeable and a funny guy. Also was very happy he explained a lot to me and was very helpful. This is my first home and he did great showing me and telling me what is right and wrong. Also he was very quick to give me my home inspection paper work I got it through my email the next day. I will recommend him to anyone that needs a inspection on their house. Thank you Eric you were great.
