To address the bright light in the room, I decided to start my home inspection venture for a couple reasons. Number one- I saw room for improvements, don’t get me wrong there are plenty of great home inspection businesses owners out there, but I still saw aspects that could be improved. Number two- honest, transparent, reliable service is not easy to find, this is probably the single largest contributing factor. Number three- I’m not just an inspector, I have the hands on knowledge of how home systems work, there is a difference between someone who has read how things work and someone who has actually installed components and understands these systems from a “hands on” perspective.

I love construction work and building things, I have over 5 years of hands on construction experience and major home component installations. This includes residential framing, insulating, finishing, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work.
