If you’re reading this, chances are you’re looking to hire a home inspector. My job now, is to make you feel comfortable choosing me to be your inspector. Why pick me when there are so many Home Inspectors out there? Because I’m a great Home Inspector, I’m ASHI Certified, a Licensed Michigan Builder, a NRPP licensed Radon professional, and I’m a nice guy! I’m humble too, but most importantly, because I’ve been working in the housing industry since 1992. I’ve seen a lot, and I’ve been involved in just about every aspect of home building, renovating, and inspecting. I’ve worked first hand with all of the components that make up a home. Overall, great! And for a more reasonable cost than other home inspection companies in the area. Scott was prompt and polite when scheduling and quoting. Worked with our realtor to make the process logistically easier for us. Inspection was thorough and comprehensive reports were delivered quickly. Readily available for questions throughout the process. Highly recommended for any home buyers in the Detroit area!

Justin is wonderful! We called him last minute for our first home inspection, he was able to squeeze us in and even got there early. He looked at absolutely everything and presented us with all the findings at the end, as well as in a perfectly presented report not long after (SAME DAY!) We ended up having to pass on this house because there was just way too much wrong, and all thanks to Justin for finding it. Fast forward to a few weeks later and he came out for us again for another inspection! Again he arrived early!! This time it went so much better and he left us with confidence that we were making a great purchase. 10/10 would recommend Justin to anyone who needs a home inspection and we will be sharing his information with anyone who asks us for a recommendation.

Phenomenal experience working with this company. Justin especially was very responsive and scheduled an appointment fast and easy. The price was very good, Justin was very polite and respectful in the process. Very thorough with his inspection and work. Does not take any short cuts. Very informative and I highly recommend this company if you’re in the house buying or selling process.
