My husband and I were both impressed by his report. It was very detailed but also very easy to follow and understand. I love that he took his time to get things right. He didn’t make us feel rushed when going over it all either. He carefully explained and showed us everything. He even quickly fixed a door latch! He also had some advice on how to do a few things ourselves if we wanted.

He took his time and thoroughly inspected the home for top to bottom, taking many pictures. He was very detailed with his inspection and the final report. I appreciated the fact that he told me I could call with any other questions that I may think of later because that always seems to happen. Mr. Spano was very thorough and professional! He allowed me to sort of tag along and ask questions as he did the inspection. He answered all of my questions and was extremely helpful throughout the process. He has the fairest price in town. His final report is broken down with easy to read descriptions and pictures. I will use him again should I need another inspection and will and would recommend him to anyone needing a home inspection.
