We actually were not present as we currently live out of state from where the property was, however our agent and family member where there and the professionals were provided their information to be there. We did not hear of any issues occurring at the appointment time. Ordering online was simple and the follow up call was prompt. We received the report in an expedient manner and appreciated how thorough they were.

Easy to schedule an appointment. Fast time between time of appointment and actual inspection. Mark Pence provided us with a very detailed evaluation, suggestions regarding areas which needed attention/correction. We also had an opportunity to speak with Mr Pence personally regarding the property. We were very pleased with whole process.

They did a fantastic job! They were early to the appointment, extremely thorough with the inspections and provided very detailed reporting with corresponding pictures for any areas that needed action or attention. We’ve had other inspectors before and they can’t hold a candle to Premier Inspection Services. If you need a home inspection, they should be your first choice! Very detailed home inspection with an excellent report to go with it. I feel very confident in the quality of my new home after the inspection. The inspector, John Browning, was knowledgeable and professional. John did such a quality job our realtor plans on using him again.

Very friendly inspector (and good-looking to boot – inside joke). He was very timely and gave us great information on they inspection process. As he explored our new potential home, he answered all of our questions thoroughly. Being a 1st time homeowner, I didn’t know what to expect, but after reading through the very extensive inspection report, I was very impressed with their services.

Update, spoke with Mark he apologized for the messed up clean out cap. He and I talked and if I needed and inspection I would probably give them a call. I appreciated Mark listening to my situation. He even offered to pay for the cap. This inspection company came to my house that I’m selling to do an inspection for the buyers, the inspector pried the sewer clean out cap out, and then noted that it didn’t fit right in his report. I have done inspections as my business , and this kind of stuff is wrong, and is not something a quality inspector does. And probably should get a little more familiar with plumbing components, to know the difference between a compression connections and a glue on tail piece. Otherwise the inspector seems to have done a fairly good job of finding things I overlooke
