Scheduling was smooth and easy, and they were able to fit me in during a busy time to get my inspection done in time. He gave me confidence in my purchase. Gave a detailed synopsis and walk through before he left.
Very thorough, answered all of our questions, and helped us figure out what types of things to be aware of for the future with the home we are looking at buying. Sean helped with a sewer scope and was also very diligent with his work. I would absolutely recommend anyone looking to inspect a home for the first time to request Ken.
