He pretends to know everything but most of the time he screws up both buyers and sellers. Just like review below he falsely determined a mold in a crawlspace where there was none. He needs to inspect brand new houses and leave old ones alone.

Scott was prompt, thorough and found several safety issues – including one that other inspectors have not found in other units for sale in our community but seems to be a builder defect. My neighbors even commented that I had a good inspector! He took the time to thoroughly explain each and review each item with me and ensure I understood which ones were safety issues and which were “negotiable”. As a single parent counting every penny, I would use Scott again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend him!
