We used ProTech for two home purchases, one in 2014 and one in 2018, and could not be more pleased. Chris is personable, thorough, and provides a detailed report including photos. I accompanied Chris through my inspection and he pointed out issues and gave suggestions for how to remedy problems that he found. The inspection was phenomenal, the report was received quickly after, and it was easy to understand the report and reference certain items for our requests to the sellers! We cannot say enough good things!

I had an inspection 4 years ago for a house I purchased in cherry hill. I’m now selling my house and boy oh boy did these guys miss some obvious issues. They missed 9 ungrounded outlets, a circuit box that was so far out of code, and an uncapped pipe sticking out of the ground in the backyard. ..amongst a dozen more. All of these are obvious safety concerns. I honestly can’t believe how much was missed that I now have to pay for as a result of this . I highly recommend anyone look at alternative companies.
