In 2003 Legacy Inspection Group founded Home Inspection Training Services, a State of Illinois licensed education provider offering education for Chicago area individuals looking to obtain a home inspection license as well as established Chicago home inspectors seeking continuing education.

Inspector said my roof, well, and septic were all newer and fine…turns out he was wrong about all 3..roof needs replacing..approx doesn’t drain..and I already had to have a new line ran down to my well…now I get to pay for all These repairs on the house I bought because he said it was all good…I recommend that nobody use this company when buying a house
Great inspection! Very nice and professional. Flagged out a broken furnace which I had the previous owners fix.
