They bent over backwards to work with my demanding schedule and expectations. Dave was very clear and informative as he walked me through the home inspection. I believe Dave went above and beyond which is not something you see from most businesses these days.

I can’t say enough about how informative and helpful they were in our real estate inspection. The lead inspector Dave Bigham came out and ran through everything with us and allowed to ask questions. I would recommend anyone use this service, and particularly if you’re a first time home buyer.

I have purchased 6 homes(with 6 different home inspectors) in the last 15 years and Dave has been by far the most impressive inspector!!! I have learned more from him than the past 5 inspectors combined. He was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. His inspection clearly categorizes the defects as structural or safety, which is urgent, or purely cosmetics, which can address later, or somewhere in between, which can postpone but not for too long. This knowledge allows me to prioritize my budget accordingly, and allows me more negotiation power with my last purchase. Thank you Dave!!!!
