Scott started Professional Property Inspections in 1989 as the first such home inspector in the State of North Dakota. He completed his home inspector training – working alongside industry veterans in Minneapolis, Chicago, Washington DC and New York City. Since then, Scott has traveled and worked across the state with thousands of residential and commercial clients, accessing their properties before purchase and allowing them to make the right decision when buying a new home or building. Scott also offers Radon testing as part of his inspection services. ND has a high rate for radon emissions through concrete basement slabs and it is important to be aware of these levels before purchase. He is also certified in mold air quality testing and asbestos through Pro Labs of Weston, Florida.
