This company is top notch! We used them for our first inspection and they were so detailed and thorough that we actually ended up backing out of the house. We had them for the second inspection and again they were amazing. Ron went through all the problems with us and answered any questions we had. I would recommend them to ANYONE without hesitation. I wanted to say thank you to Ron our inspector and Karrie for helping with scheduling and the fabulous customer service!
The inspector did nothing, and when I say nothing, that means he didn’t even look to see if the toilets were flushing if the gas was working fine, and if the refrigerator panel was working. I had to spend money out of pocket because of their carelessness. It’s one of the most pathetic companies I have used; I am going to report them. Please be careful with their sloppy job as you might have to spend money out of pocket because of the careless attitude and unprofessionalism.
The photos and detailed description of the inspection helped me decide whether or not to purchase the house. I would recommend them to anyone.
