Needed an inspection before purchase and Greg came on short notice. He carefully went thru each item and/or issue. Also, his company does sewer scoping so if you need both and would love to not hassle with finding two companies, this is your guy. thanks Greg!
ProSpect was great. The seller had already provided an inspection but we wanted our own unbiased report. We had an extremely aggressive schedule due to travel plans, but the ProSpect team were able to get in early to initiate a radon test and get a water sample to the lab in time for the deadline. During the inspection Greg took his time, confirmed much of what the other inspector had found, and discovered many other issues he had not. These included a cracked chimney, roof leaks and electrical issues. Armed with this knowledge we were able to successfully negotiate the price of the house, saving us thousands of dollars. We would highly recommend Greg and his team.
Greg, Theron and Connor did a great job inspecting the septic system and home for a property we made an offer on. Theron spent time patiently explaining how a septic system works, and pointing out the various sections of the system, explaining his concerns etc. This is my first property using septic (vs. city sewage) so it was all new to me. He cracked the pre-requisite poop jokes and even told me a few I hadn’t heard before. Greg did the inspection inside the home and was again very patient, explaining the various systems. He spent several hours looking at everything quite carefully. We discussed what was wrong and what was important to have a professional look at and what could be done by us. He even let me use to his ladder to go up into the attic crawl space. Very nice!
