PRP Inspections

Mike did the inspection on a home we were buying. He got us scheduled quickly. We were so impressed with the quality of inspection Mike gave. Not only did he share, as part of his report (which he gave verbally the day of and we received a formal report the very next day), big things that needed to be fixed (electrical issues, plumbing concerns), but he even noticed smaller, more nuanced things (like glides missing on closet doors causing catching when they opened and closed). He also shared preventative maintenance work which we really appreciated. He was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable– he has a TON of experience and it really shows in how detailed he is. It really felt as thought he left no stone unturned which was so important for us because we were buying a 63 year old home. The home inspection is SO important when buying a home. If you want to know exactly what you are getting yourself into with the home your are buying, please have Mike do your inspection. You’ll be so happy you did!

We had another inspector fall through, with a short inspection deadline, and PRP came through to save the day. They were highly recommended by a friend/real estate agent who has been using them for 10 years. We were very pleased with their professionalism, reliability, flexibility, and thoroughness.
