Precision Home Inspections was started in 1999 by me, Jason Lovelace. A relative, who is a Real Estate Appraiser, through conversation prompted me to begin my search for becoming a home inspector. At that time, in the State of Tennessee there was no licensing or regulation of home inspectors. I searched for home inspection training and within weeks I was in Atlanta attending a home inspection certification course. I learned quickly it was very difficult to break into this type of business. I was a new inspector with no real experience. Through 18+ tough years of persistence in conducting home inspections, self educating extensively about each of the major systems of a home, taking online and local college classes, and developing relationships with clients, Realtors, and other professionals in this industry, I believe I have become one of the best inspectors in the area.

Mr Pryor was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable with my recent home inspection. I was looking to purchase a home in need of some repairs and Mr Pryor was upfront and honest from the beginning about the extent of the issues he found and repairs needed. He was helpful in determining which ones were manageable or more importantly which ones were a priority due to safety concerns. He explained things very clearly and helped me see things that were more involved that what I originally anticipated. I’ve decided not to purchase the home and am extremely grateful Me Pryor helped me in not making a home purchase I regretted. I will definitely be using Pryority Inspections for any inspections I may require in the future!

Mr. Pryor is an absolute pleasure to work with. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable, and provides a thorough inspection report with pictures. This was great for me as I was unable to be there for my home inspection. Mr. Pryor took the time to explain his findings and answer any questions I had. Highly recommend!
