They did an inspection, providing detailed information to us and our owner and photo evidence of the issues that needed attention and explained everything thoroughly answering all our questions and concerns. They were available to schedule the service right away and their technician did a great job for a fair price. We were not displaced or had to remove anything from our home. Other than a faint odor of vinegar immediately after the treatment we haven’t experienced any issues. We’ve had no problems and are very pleased.

I had an end unit townhome on the market for sale and the first contract was voided after the home inspection revealed there was moisture inside the vanity in the lower level powder room. I called in Bryce Rogers to evaluate what was going on and he was the ultimate professional. Using a thermal imaging camera, he was able to detect exactly where the water was getting into the foundation and eliminate the rest of the room. So we did not have to do a full rehab. He suggested a general contractor he has worked with over the years, Ron Payne, and his crew removed the old vanity and opened the wall behind it. See photos. Bryce and Ron evaluated what they found behind the open wall and determined what needed to be done to seal the wall and leave the powder room dry.

Thank goodness we found the Washington DC-area Pure Maintenance office. They were highly responsive and professional from their very first reply to our inquiry, then throughout the process of assessing our problem, recommending a solution, doing the work as agreed, and providing test results to confirm success. Their dry-fog method is cutting edge, treating our entire townhouse successfully in just a few hours. And they charged us even less than quoted, choosing to err on the conservative side in calculating the size of our home. Highly recommended!
