Stay away from this company. They never pick up the phone. They DO NOT have any knowledge of engineering or building codes and like to fool innocent home buyers by making false recommendations.

I am highly recommending David Remer-Quality Inspection Services to anyone who wants to deal with a knowledgeable, thorough, trust worthy, kind individual. His services fortunately saved me a lot of time and money on a house that I thought would be a good deal but turned out it was NOT. David used his over 19 years of experience to pinpoint every little issue that needed to be fixed or wasn’t up to code. I am very pleased with his services and will be using him again for any future home inspections needed. A little background on finding an inspector.
