Our new home purchase needed an inspection prior to closing. Dan from Quintessential Inspections was very prompt and thorough during his review of our home. He provided a detailed report w/ pictures and walked us through the entire process not only before hand but also while doing the inspection of our home. He was very polite and answered any questions that we had, including any follow up after the inspection was completed. We closed on our house and everything has been great!

Strongly recommended! The inspector was prompt, patient, courteous and detail oriented. He arrived early and performed a thorough inspection of the property. During the walkthrough, he clearly explained his findings, graciously answered our questions and concerns and gave us tips for maintenance as we were first time homebuyers. In addition, he set up radon and termite inspections and provided referrals for anything we requested i.e. mold and asbestos abatement, roofers, plumber, HVAC, and flooring. The inspection report was incredibly detailed and included photographic documentation of all problem areas.

Scott did a great job on the home inspection, and Dan was very quick to respond when we asked them to go back out to get a radon test done which we forgot about because we were first time home buyers. Over all they were extremely helpful in helping us purchase a new home.
