Forgot to write a review sooner but we used Ed for our home inspection this past summer. He was incredibly thorough – our realtor even marveled at how thorough he was – and he really took the time to help us understand the inspections process and how he was assessing the house. He helped us feel really confident about the house that we were buying. We’d certainly use R&R again and would recommend him to others.
Ed has conducted several home inspections for me in the past. Last week, I called him for yet another home inspection. As in the past, Ed was on time, professional, and knowledgeable. He inspected the inside and outside of the home thoroughly. Ed takes many pictures and explains potential issues as he goes along. I have recommended Ed in the past and will continue to do so.
