I had a wonderful home inspection done by Gerry. He was professional and on time. Very respectful and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to check for any safety issues. He was able to explain things I would need to repair and to keep an eye on. I would recommend JW Home Inspections to anyone looking for a thorough walk-through of the home.

I had a specific window to get in and set up testing for a property we are looking at buying and he was very helpful getting all the things done and the paperwork to me. Very professional trustworthy company. I’m definitely going to be using them in the future.
Ed was friendly and punctual. Was able to get us in quickly. However, did not clean up after himself and left a mess of insulation for us to clean up. Also had to cut the drywall around an outlet and just left a hole in the wall there. Hopefully the fan he installed in our passive system works well, too soon to say. Also, came home from work and he was working inside with no mask while my husband and small children were home. Not overly impressed, but the work did get done.
