I called the number because it was an Altoona number and thought it would best to have someone local do the work. When Chris called me back I found out he does work all over the Metro, so that was great news because I also had a home in Waukee besides the one in Altoona to check radon levels. Chris did me a solid by advising me to get the radon levels checked using online purchased kits/mail-In versus his testing service to save a few dollars which was nice and helped build rapport and trust.
