We just bought a small second home, the test reading was a 14. We had quotes from two companies in the area and went with Radon Technology after asking many questions. We have a Radon system in our other house and are familiar with the systems. The installation was done very well, they worked with us on a location that wouldn’t be so visible, but was more difficult for them to install. Everything was cleaned up, the fan and piping is very quiet. The installer was very helpful and polite. I highly recommend this company.

I always get 4-5 quotes before doing a project. My radon mitigation project was no different. Had several leads out but Radon Tech Inc was the nicest and most professional. They looked for sources to fix in addition to just installing a fan. Most of the other companies were either too rude OR they had much less experience (new companies). They are so good they did have a 3 week wait list so keep that in mind. Jourdan was awesome!! Installation was very clean and they dealt with all of my concerns. Before getting quotes for mitigation I tested with a Lowe’s First Alert charcoal system twice and averaged 6.6…RTI placed a monitor in basement for five days afterwards that started reading at 5.8 just before install and was at 1.2 five days later. I am so tired of dealing with rude contractors or inexperienced ones (who might even have flashy websites or equipment) or even those that speak very little English. Just give me the real experts please. Thank you RTI!!
