Our home inspection was well beyond what we expected. Photos taken really make a difference, compared to just a document explaining what was found. Reading a report that some electrical work needed to be done and why, is one thing but actually seeing it in photos was a real game changer. Also seeing actual photos underneath the house and in attic clearly show the house was thoroughly inspected. Not to mention a video of some PCP pipe leaking that needs to be replaced. We are grateful and highly recommend Bob Ozbirn for an inspection well done and extremely thorough.
