While James is an excellent home inspector, his real strength is in presenting the facts in a manner that does not inflame the parties. At the end of most home inspections, there is very little dialogue. What I found invaluable with James was, at the end of the inspection, he would take the time to gather the parties and offer to summarize. By conducting this review, he completely eliminated being blind sided or shocked by the report itself. I needed a quick home inspection on a house I had under contract. Within a few days he completed the inspection, performed a great walkthrough, and got me a surprisingly thorough and detailed report. Highly recommend and would hire again!
James did the most thorough inspection we have had in all the houses we have purchased. The inspection report was in a very easy to read format with detailed pictures.
