Terrible Home warranty!!!! I will never recommend this home company for an inspection or home warranty ever again. I am a real estate agent and have been using them for 4 years. I recently bought a house and used them for my personal and it’s been a nightmare. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!
He was extremely thorough and explained his findings in laymens’ terms. I appreciated his patience and advice for future needs. The written report was extensive and comprehensive, with pictures to illustrate the entire inspection. I am very pleased with the service provided.
Excellent service, the only thing I had concern with was that I would have preferred to have the inspector go on the roof instead of taking a zoom picture of it from the ground to insure a more direct visual details of the roof.
They were fast and dependable-they found everything that was wrong.
