Fantastic experience with Tod. We did our home inspection remotely as we are moving from out of town. We never met Tod in person and weren’t able to attend the inspection itself. Tod provided a detailed report of the inspection and spent 30 minutes that evening going over everything with us. He was helpful, informative and patient with us as new home buyers. I would happily recommend his services to anyone in need of a home inspection.

Very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and client oriented. We had a home inspection done by Tod, and he was excellent for us who were first time home buyers. He was very thorough and was able to squeeze us in on the day of subject removal no less. Within a few hours of having the inspection completed he had sent over a full report which was very easy to read and had a ton of pictures to go along with any information provided. We’ll certainly be using Tod in the future for anymore inspections and would recommend him to any of our friends.
