Rife home inspections, is owned by my father. My wife and I are buying our first home, I got the home inspected today and the inspection was thorough and very informative. Did a VA loan for the home and was very informative on the inspections for VA loans. I’m not recommending be of him being my Dad, I’m recommending him because he takes it job very serious, does a full thorough inspection and is very knowledgeable. Definitely informed me of things I was unaware of!
Rife Home Inspections was hired to do a home inspection and pest inspection on a house we were buying. Michael did an excellent job and gave a very detailed report of the recommended repairs.
