Felt professionalism was lacking when he spoke to sellers agent without our prior knowledge about repairs needed causing great misunderstanding behind the sellers and buyers.Then convinced us to combine services with pest inspection because they were friends and affiliated with him. Took payment leading me to believe it was for both services, quoted an incorrect price for the pest inspection. Turned out he has no business ties or affiliation with said pest control company. I then owed a much higher amount to a company I knew nothing about.

I am purchasing a home out of state and was very impressed with the thoroughness of the report I received. Some things were minor but may not have been to some people. I appreciate knowing the issues, big and small, so I can decide what needs a professional and what I can tackle on my own.
