I used Rise and Shine for a pre purchase inspection, Joseph arrived at the house before me and took his time inspecting the house leaving nothing unturned. His extensive report helped us get a very clear and honest picture of the home’s condition and made us feel that we got more than our money’s worth. I will be using Rise and Shine again and would recommend them without hesitation to anyone buying a house.
He was very knowledgeable and really spent the time he needed to with the house. I work in construction and despite years on the job, Joe did one of the best jobs I’ve ever come across. I had gotten in touch with him through another construction professional who saw Joe’s work the same way I do. Top notch.
I liked and trusted Joe from the minute I spoke to him on the phone. He was open and honest and prompt from start to finish. We had to use him for two inspections but his thorough report on the first one allowed us to reconsider the purchase of that home. We found another home and just had the inspection done on that and he was just as excellent the second time around. We received the report less than two days later both times. I will be recommending him to my parents once it’s their turn and I highly recommend him to anyone! Joe made an otherwise stressful experience a little more pleasant.
