Tim, from Riverbend Home Inspections, was very thorough in his inspection of the property I was interested in buying. He did an excellent job in documenting details of all the potential issues he found. The walkthrough after the inspection was also very detailed and he was very clear about scope and limitations of his inspection and pointed out areas that require specialized inspections e.g. HVAC. He is very polite and professional to interact with and also prompt on his communications and feedbacks. I will recommend his services to any current or prospective home owners.

We were so impressed with our home inspection by Tim at Riverbend Home Inspections. As jittery first time buyers, we decided to attend the entire inspection to learn as much as we could about our new home. As soon as we made our offer, Tim worked us in very quickly because we had a conflict the second week of our due diligence period. He arrived early and was kind, thorough – both in his inspection and his willingness to provide us with explanations – and incredibly knowledgeable and professional.

He did not rush through anything but took the time to go through the whole report with us and answer any questions. I also called him a few weeks after our inspection to follow up with a few of his suggestions, and he was happy to pull up my report and discuss it further. Overall, great experience.

Tim is fantastic, A++++. The listing agent said in 20 years she had never had an inspector spend so long in a home! He is very professional. He pointed out many things and provided valuable advice during the inspection. He followed up after the inspection by doing his own research and contacting other professionals, as this house had several systems that were outside of the scope of a normal home inspection, but Tim was happy to help.

WOW! Seriously, just call & hire Riverbend Home Inspections! Everyone’s pricing is the same, but Tim is WONDERFUL! He does not rush any part of the process. He is thorough in the inspection itself, the report, and going over everything afterwards. We were buying from out of state, so instead of a walk through, Tim sent us the report & we went over it one item at a time over a Zoom call. He answered my 1000 questions and gave us valuable insight. He was very fast with scheduling & finishing reports – including the inspection re-check.
