Randall K. LaClaire has over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry. As a graduate Civil Engineer, Randy started his career as a design engineer working both in the private and municipal sectors. Design fields included site development, roadway, highway, and bridge design as well as building structures. As time progressed, Randy moved into the construction arena. The combination of his engineering and construction backgrounds brings a real advantage to RKL’s clients in that as he has worked in both the Design and Construction fields, he has a clear understanding of construction techniques, design requirements and code issues.

We had the pleasure of working with Randy Leclaire and we couldn’t of been happier! From the very first phone call all the way to the inspection he was a big help. He really went above and beyond with us. I would definitely pass his information on to anyone I know looking for any building inspections without a doubt!

The scary and sometimes overwhelming process of buying a home! October 24, 2020 2:50 pm

We recently used RKL Home Inspections in the purchase of our dream house and we could not have been happier! Not only were we impressed by how professional, timely, and easy he was to work with, but our real estate agent was impressed with him as well. RKL Home Inspections brings an extensive resume of experience and the inspection report (and really every interaction with him) reflected that. After hearing so many horror stories from other home-buyers, we were relieved to have such a great experience. He was prompt in his response, the report was detailed and comprehensive. We have lived in our house for a few months now and have not had any surprises. RKL Home Inspections let us know exactly what we were buying and helped correct several items to make our appraisal go smoothly. We highly recommend RKL Home Inspections to anyone heading into the scary and sometimes overwhelming process of buying a home!

I put “RKL Home Inspections” at the top of my list for all my clients as the right Home Inspection Company to hire, for their home inspection when buying a home. Randy of “RKL Home Inspections” is very Professional and Qualified with a quick turn around with his reporting. As a Real Estate Agent, I need someone who keeps my clients needs first and foremost on the top of his list. I would highly recommend “RKL Home Inspections” to anyone without any reservations or hesitations!
