I recently had a home inspected using Romano Home Inspection. In short, John Romano was a pleasure to work with and extremely knowledgeable in virtually every aspect of the home. I found John to be very methodical and detailed oriented, pointing out both the positive details, as well as, areas that may need attention. In all cases, John took the time to explain his findings and offered suggestions for addressing areas of concern and recommendations for general maintenance of the home going forward. I appreciated the fact that John does not set a time limit for inspections and his goal was to make sure that I was comfortable with the inspection process and that I did not have any questions or concerns at the end of the day. Within 24 hours of the inspection, I was provided with a meticulous inspection report consisting of descriptions of areas reviewed and photos of findings along with recommendations and examples of various approaches to address issues where necessary. The end result of the inspection was that I was very satisfied with the overall process, felt that I had an excellent assessment of the condition of the property being inspected and was confident that I had chosen the right inspector for the job. Without hesitation.
I’ve used John’s services for multiple purchases over the last 10+ years and I don’t intend on using anyone else!
