Royal Inspections

My husband and I are first time home buyers and we had Jordan Prince do a general home inspection for us. He was a pleasure to work with, extremely knowledgeable, and very thorough. He walked me through every step of the process as he preformed his inspection, providing honest answers for all my questions. We definitely will be calling Jordan for all our future home inspection needs. Highly recommend.

I was a few minutes late and by the time I got there he was already off doing his job starting the inspection process. Throughout the whole process he was very friendly and accommodating to questions and inquiries. He made sure to take the time to stop and give updates throughout the entire process. The report he provided was very well organized, detailed, and had plenty of clear photo examples. I would absolutely recommend him to someone else!

He was very thorough and also very fair in his approach. It was clear what items were of true concern vs what items were routine maintenance and of less concern. He took photos and videos as applicable and was a true professional. I highly recommend him for home inspections.
