Home Inspector is an excellent contractor. He is easy to work with and responds to your calls/emails promptly. He shows up on time, gives fair and solid estimates and does work of exceptional quality. His subcontractors are all respectful, do excellent work and clean. Randall has done a sunroom (18′ x22′), a complete kitchen remodel and several small fix-it jobs. I highly recommend him.
He was very attentive to my needs and tried to meet them. When he could not, he offered alternatives. He is extremely knowledgeable and can access many other resources if he does not know the answer. He was always willing and able to fix any problem I had, even if it was the smallest. He helped me resolve issues when I had problems with an outside vendor, not one of his subcontractors. This is important because you can’t be there 24/7.
This contractor is the best. It was a pleasant and rewarding experience. Randall provided a fair and reasonable estimate, and he stuck to it. No additional costs were incurred.
Not only are his estimates extremely reasonable, but he is also flexible and timely when it comes to customer requests. I have another large task coming up within the next couple months, and he is #1 on our list of contractors

I called about 8 different people to check for the best price, and most of the people I spoke with acted like I was wasting their time by asking for a quote. When I spoke with Randall he was kind and professional, not to mention he had the best rate out of all the people I called. He had the report back to me the next day. Great experience and would use in the future.
