We had our home inspected for “what if” we decided to sell. Would we need to do anything to repair any issues? They were on time, thorough and friendly.
They did a pre-sale home inspection and went through every part of the property carefully. As they completed parts of the inspection they stopped to show us what was going to be in the report. The final report was well written, detailed and contained a solid “executive summary” of the most interesting inspection results. Fast turnaround on the report to boot. They even called one of the contractors who will do one of the repairs to make sure they understood the inspection findings so that the repair could progress quickly.
